Fatal accidents

The loss of a member of your family in a fatal accident can be an emotional time and even more so if the accident was due to the fault of someone else.

There is the understandable grief and trauma and there may also be an increased financial burden on the family.

There are two main claims in these circumstances, the claim for the person who has died and a claim for those that depended on them. There are limited categories of people who can claim and we can discuss these with you and the family in detail.

We will guide you and your family through the process with the delicacy and understanding that is needed.

If you have lost someone through no fault of their own in a fatal accident please get in touch or complete our Online Enquiry Form and we will call you back to see how we can help.
